INHABIT’s transdisciplinary approach fosters responsible innovation, transparency, and inclusivity. Our Hub brings together and supports interdisciplinary researchers to tackle the net‑zero challenge collectively and to ensure that everyone is included in INHABIT’s growth and future. INHABIT is strongly committed to EDI principles.

We develop mechanisms for broad capacity building between researchers and stakeholders, and for dissemination, through:

  • Hub‑wide training on accessibility and EDI, building an inclusive team culture.
  • Cross‑Hub training and development workshops/webinars that familiarise all colleagues and partners with fundamental knowledge of relevant and emerging topics.
  • Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses supported through a comprehensive programme for all career stages.
  • Secondments to and from stakeholder organisations to enhance translation and impact skills.
  • Support for stakeholders undertaking academic training, including MPH/MSc modules at host academic organisations.
