INHABIT’s transdisciplinary approach fosters responsible innovation, transparency, and inclusivity. Our Hub will bring together and support (interdisciplinary) researchers to tackle  the net zero challenge collectively, and ensure everyone is included in INHABIT’s growth and future. INHABIT is strongly committed to EDI principles.

We will develop mechanisms for broad capacity building between researchers and stakeholders and for dissemination through:

  • hub-wide training on accessibility and EDI, building an inclusive team culture.
  • cross-Hub training and development workshops/webinars, to familiarise all colleagues/partners with fundamental knowledge of relevant and emerging topics.
  • Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses supported through a comprehensive programme for all career stages.
  • Secondments to and from stakeholder organisations to enhance our translation and impact skills.
  • Support for stakeholders to undertake academic training including MPH/MSc modules at host academic organisations.
